I had a very pleasant experience with the ladies working at this location when I went in. I wanted to design three necklaces for coworkers and they were very pleasant and patient with me as I looked at various options. The experience was great and I would strongly recommend.

I give James Avery 5 stars because they deserve it. The ladies there care about everything you have to say. They take care of your needs and meet what you are looking for. Talk about professional with the customer. They are the best.
