One of my favorite James Avery locations to go to. All the ladies are so quick to be helpful and patient with you when you’re browsing around. However, this one gentleman was real pushy and passive aggressive when it came to purchasing. I think his name was Austin from what I remember.

I was very happy with my recent visit to the James Avery store at the Quarry. I was immediately greeted by an employee who helped me find what I wanted for a birthday gift for my sister. Her birthday dinner was starting soon and I wasn’t sure I was going to make it on time. The cashier (Jessica) told the solderer in the back (Isabel) my situation and she quickly got my gift taken care of! Nowadays customer service is so rare and these two ladies made me believe there is still people who do care about their customers. This will always be my James Avery store

Bought a beautiful ring , then afterwards, had to use the restroom. Was hounded on the outside of the door (like I was going to steal something) that’s not something a paying customer should have been treated .

The counter girl Janne kept telling me I was making bad choices and the items I selected didn't go together. If I'm coming to your store to spend hundreds of dollars, let me buy what I want to buy. Terrible service.
