I would just like to express my opinion that I really enjoy my placement at the storage I Storage. This facility is the best, the service that Adam J. Aguirre offers is absolutely great. Adam takes the time to help you with whatever your needs are. I have been to other storage units and by far this is the best! Thank you Adam for taking the time to hear our concerns and will be available when needed. Adam’s personality is very enjoyable. Storage facilities need more people like him. I hope that when the time comes for his appraisal, that he will get a good review (raise) that he deserves. Thank you again Adam for what you do.

Paid for my storage and later that day brought my items to the storage. It happened to be locked but the manager (Adam) actually replied to my call after office hours and arrived to help me out. Great customer service so far.

Hot wells location is great! The PM Adam is amazing and will work with you as much as he can... he really helped us and we couldn't be anymore grateful for him and is customer support and overall just being understanding. Thank you so much Adam your location will do amazing with you there...

Management is never here when you need them to be. The hours on the door say 10am to 6pm, and that needs to honored. You need to have more then one employee working at the location. This is ridiculous. Then you want to charge a late fee, even though your Management isn't there. Not everyone likes to pay for there stuff online. Seriously get it together or your going to lose customers

This place is the worst! Save ur time and money. Do not get a Stroage here. They will try to pull a fast one and charge you with hidden fees. I make my payments on time and still never have access to get into my unit. This place raises their prices every month for some odd reason. I’m looking to move out ASAP!

Management is never available. Couldn’t get into my storage unit and the 1-844 number couldn’t assist with getting me access. Saying something that system isn’t updated.

Mr. Adam gave me the upmost respect and answered all my questions I had about the storage I wanted to rent. Took the time to go show my the storage and made sure I got the right size I needed. I’m glad I stopped by and checked this place out.
