Drove for 2 hours to look at a vehicle that they said was on the lot before I plan my trip to arrive and not be able to find it wasted time and money! why does It takes a year for you to reply to a review with such a genius resolution is beyond ̈ me.... like I drove that far without communicating with someone before I left to make sure what i was looking for was on site.......sad you were better off leaving it alone...

Terrible customer service. Made me take a 4 hour trip to pick up a vehicle & once I was there I was asked to make a higher offer cause there was allegedly another customer willing to pay 20k cash. Little did they know I was ready to pay the full 32k upfront too. Definitely do not recommend doing any type of business with these dishonest people.

"I am compelled to express my profound disappointment with the conduct of Irving Motors, particularly their sales representative, Roxelis. After purchasing a vehicle from them, I encountered a grave safety issue when the vehicle began leaking fuel merely five days post-purchase. Subsequent inspection by an independent mechanic revealed egregious errors in prior repair work, suggesting the involvement of the dealership's in-house technician.
When apprised of these alarming findings, Roxelis responded dismissively, suggesting that such incidents are commonplace within the automotive industry. Despite my inquiries regarding managerial awareness of the situation, Roxelis confirmed knowledge of the matter and offered nothing more than perfunctory apologies. Their refusal to address the matter in good faith underscores a lack of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Furthermore, Roxelis attempted to justify their actions by citing a purported discount due to the vehicle's known issues. However, at the time of purchase, the only disclosed concerns were cosmetic and minor, namely a broken side mirror and air conditioning requiring recharging. The consequential fuel leakage, which poses significant safety hazards, was not disclosed, and had I been aware, I would have abstained from the purchase altogether.
In light of these troubling experiences, I caution prospective customers against entrusting their automotive needs to Irving Motors and caution against their "buy as is" policy, which appears to prioritize expediency over consumer protection and ethical business practices."

I purchased a truck from Irving. I should have known that something was wrong when the first salesman tried to get me to pick another vehicle. I made a deal and drove off in an F-150 only to have it overheat on the highway just two weeks later. I thought this might be an issue so I reached out to the dealership, I was brushed off and told that the sales manager would call me the next day which was Saturday. I had the truck towed since I wasn't sure what was wrong. I thought it might just be a hose or thermostat. Had a mechanic look at it only to be told that there was preexisting engine damage and in the mechanic's opinion, he believed it was covered up since there was a sealant added to the system to attempt to hide cracks and leaks. After spending $400 to have the thermostat, water pump, and thermostat gaskets replaced the mechanic advised there's a blown head gasket and oil is mixing with the coolant so the system has sludge. It was drained as much as possible but since I only had it two weeks and considering everything going on it was advised I take it back to make it right. I called, I text, my husband and I drove in mon
The following Monday and we're told the manager was out. He finally responded on Tuesday and said he was "checking my coverage" and would call me back. It's now Thurs. I've text and asked for a response with nothing and no updates. I've had the truck three weeks now. Two until it overheated and one whole week sitting in the driveway as a very expensive paperweight for Christmas. This is not the way to do business. I've been documenting everything and have tons of pictures, so we'll see how this goes.
Update about two weeks later...My truck is sitting at the mechanic. The warranty covered nothing. Loss of use now is at about three weeks. The SECOND mechanic to look at it estimates $2700. Irving offered to cover 1k. After all of the stress, inconvenience, financial damage, and the ADDED stress of Christmas with four children at home my husband calls Irving and tells them the situation is ridiculous. We would be out $2100 before even making our first payment. They say they're going to try to get us $1700 to help, this drags on several more days and even with Christmas looming we are told No. At this point with all the preexisting issues, and our willingness to cover MORE costs, it's looking like they are not going to do right by their customer. I drove the truck for TWO WEEKS AND THIS HAS TURNED INTO A NIGHTMARE THAT THEY HAVE DRAGGED ON AND ON. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. They DO NOT CAREabout their customers or how their broken vehicles affect you or your family. This was supposed to be a happy time with a new truck to go see Christmas lights ND tote the kids around. It's becoming a Neverending nightmare and financial burden. Bad form. ?

The place opens at 10am but when I called at 10:30 no sales person was available. Finally got there at 11am and the vehicle online had seats but in person they ripped the seats out and nobody knows what happened. Very bad place of business.
