This place cares about its customers, they didn’t even get mad when I accidentally walked out with their try on socks. Other places want to sell the shoe, here, they want to put your foot in the right shoe, even if they don’t have it. It’s also a locally owned business so you have to go.

Jenn is amazing! I went in looking for a new pair of running shoes after moving to the area and multiple injury issues with my old pair. Jenn was incredibly patient and knowledgeable testing my feet, pronation and how I walk/ran. The first pair of shoes she suggested were literally the best pair of shoes I’ve ever felt and perfect for me. I did try on others to be safe. But am extremely impressed how she nailed it first try on what would be perfect for me. I ran collegiately and have never talked to someone so knowledgeable when it comes to finding the right shoe. I think you pay retail for shoes at iRUN but it's worth it because they have a great staff that analyzes your walk and recommends the right kind of stability or neutral shoe to bring you into balance. They're friendly and have many other options to assist you. If you're a runner, it's a must go to place for shoes. I go there for comfort and their expertise. Their return policy is generous with 60 days to try out the shoes as long as they stay inside your house. If you haven't checked them out, go by at least one pair and you'll be hooked!

Jen (with one "n"?) is amazing! I'm a bigger guy and "running" stores were kind of intimidating for me to go into, but I've recently started walking/jogging to become a not so bigger guy, but my feet were killing me after just a week. It was to the point the pain was making it hard for me to go sleep at night. I thought it was just from being overweight, but i wasn't going to give up so I started looking up running stores around me since we just moved here from OKC. This store had amazing reviews and I liked that I could see their shoes online as well. I like to research before I buy so both of those are the reason I chose to come here... I couldn't be happier! Jen greeted me as soon as I came in the door, but not in the over-eager-pushy sales kinda way; but more of welcoming new friend kind of way! She was extremely knowledgeable and informed me of some things I wasn't aware of. I had gone in wanting to look at the Hoka's since everything I had researched kept leading me to them - the most cushion for a big guy with flat feet looking for relief in the toes and front foot. Come to find out the Saucony's i had been wearing were way too small, and I had worn them out, so double whammy! I asked if there was another shoe she would recommend, and she mentioned the new Asics Nimbus' because they had redesigned their soles, but it had a narrower toe box and wouldn't give me as much stability. Just reconfirming my research and giving me insight into both made me feel like she new her stuff and cares about her customers. I can definitely see why the reviews are so good here and I will definitely be back in 6 mos to get my next pair. Thank you Jen!

Jenn is amazing! She took so much time and care to help me find the perfect pair of walking shoes, even looking “outside the box” to try shoes that best fit my feet and particular issues. I am SO glad we randomly found iRun Texas, and so thankful that we got to spend time with such a knowledgeable, understanding, and patient expert. I don’t see any reason to go anywhere else for walking/running/trail shoes.

Kelly is awesome. Helped my dad, who isn’t a runner find a great pair of trail shoes for when he’s out walking on the ranch. The time they take with you here is what will keep me coming back and bringing everyone I know into the store.
