I took my car to IPAC after a hit and run, and Nathan and the team were fantastic. Nathan carefully inspected the vehicle to ensure nothing was overlooked. When I got it back, the car looked brand new! He even followed up to make sure everything was running smoothly.
Four months later, my car is still performing like a champ. Thank you, Nathan and the IPAC Collision Team!

Car taken here for insurance claim. Took over a month to repair minor damage. No updates at all. Was told a few times it was ready but was then called back to say, “something came up. It’s not ready afterall.” Weeks at a time this happened. After we finally got into the car a worker told us, “something’s wrong with your car.” We asked questions and was told it was insurance’s fault. We brought the car in drivable. After their work, it’s shaking and making weird noises in the transmission. Everyone is acting real nervous. It is so bad, we didn’t feel safe driving it home. So, we are still out of a car until this gets sorted out. The repairs to the body look great but someone has done damage to our transmission. We have contacted insurance to sort it out. Will update. Such a HUGE headache. This body shop wants to place blame on the insurance company. Currently 2/20/2024 and still without a car.

I was involved in a car accident in May, got my car back July 17, 2023.They were always courteous and professional and did a great job on making it look like it had never been in an accident. However, there was a few minor things that weren't fixed or put back and I had to go back so they cpuld "try" to fix it. Wasn't properly fixed. Not too long after I left I went to the store and couldn't shut my trunk and my back wipers are making a loud sound that didn't do that before the accident.Dec 5th, still have trouble shutting my trunk and I had to go back because my struts that they replaced had come loose. Scary.I have had my car back for less than 24 hrs. Let's see how it goes.Though I will not be coming here for non accident related things, I still they are still better than Caliber collision.

Took my car to the dealership. They kept it for 2 weeks, which I understand has to be kept to do repairs. I know they have to take things off to get through to what needs repairing, but why would they not put back all of the lugnuts on my tires? The ones left off were the locks. And they left only 3 in my cup holder. Where is the fourth one? It frustrates me because I did not take it to them like that. Why would they return it to me this way? Their response was to bring the car in so they could get me other ones and that it's a Dodge and not like anyone would steal it. THAT'S NOT THE POINT!! I'm driving with one nut missing on all four tires!! NOT HAPPY!!

Took my TRX to get repaired from hitting a deer. Happy to say that Aaron Alejandro took care of everything top notch. I didn’t want to have to do this but please do not bring your vehicle here. I’ve been waiting for over 1.5 months for a small replacement. I get that we need time for the repair but the communication is terrible. I’ve gotten one call claiming it would be done July 19th…. Next thing the insurance company calls and tells me the technician has not been in so it might take longer and that someone representative IPAC will call in a couple days and it’s been a week.Hoping they will get it fixed by the 19th and I will remove this but whoever is in charge. YOU need to get it fixed!! Just like the other recent reviews this is not how you are suppose to do bussiness!!
