Interceramic gets exactly what they deserve.Im glad it closed down,you have all these managers and even corporate people thinking there God's gift to the world becouse they had a office and made a lot of money smh....mHope you saved that money your starting off at the bottom again buddy where ever you go .I've applied for many jobs to advance my self you ever think I got them no , becouse I wasn't white or Mexican .....God doesn't care what color you are you sow what you reap and now is the time to reap .Those 100k checks are gone buddy Cubical time if you even get hired anywhere Hope that 401k is filled up the older you get the harder it is to find a job the work force wants young people not old self untitled bats that think they are better then everyone else ,why becouse of a stupid office and money Whats the money gonna do for you when you bow before God ??

Mr. Gomez was complacent, depressing. had an interview he was indifferent and rude and not open to change asked If he was gonna hire me, he tried insulting with the someone better routine. Wasting people's time when you already have your friend in mind. Don't apply to this company. They pay 16 an hour because they have high labor at loading and distribution.

5 stars for items they have and delivery time. 1 star on employees- the one gal we spoke with, she was the ONLY ONE WORKING! She was amazing but she was being pulled in a gazillion directions with contractors, customers, the phone ringing off the hook and more. Bless her poor soul- she was amazing, but this place needs to hire more people because it's enough to make me not want to go back because I felt guilty just asking the associate a question.However we did order some shower tile and it arrived with no issues, within a few weeks.

I had great luck with this company but I only bought tile here. No install done. Bought some hand crafted Italian tile that was available in SA for nearly half the cost in Houston or Dallas. They were friendly, my time came in when they said it would and their selection marvelous.

Absolutely awful. They don't even send you a receipt or invoice after you buy to see what you've bought. You can't place orders online, you have to call and hope they get it right (twice they didn't). And then when you go to pick up you can't see your order till after you pay and 5 times I paid and they didn't have all the tile or were no longer making it and I had to go back and wait again for a refund.

Very poor service. I am a tile installer. I sent my helper to pick up tile from them that I ordered thru Discount Tile. Was told it would take 3 to 5 days. This was Day 7. They were rude to my helper and gave her the third degree after she gave them the ref number for the order. Only to eventually be told it wasn't in yet. Can only suggest that you buy your tile from a box store.
