I thought they actually like giving customer service. I made a mistake. It's not like Walla, John is a person who is not kind. They advertise a lower price and sell more cars than advertised.I will never computer anything there again.I very much doubt that the comments are real. His personal treatment of the public leaves much to be desired.

The staff is nice, very knowledgeable. Unfortunately my hp printer isn't compatible with generic cartridges anymore. But for the last 7yrs, I've had no problems with this company. I recommend it in a heartbeat❤

The reviews seemed helpful, so i went for 2 days in a row. The first attempt, i admit was 30 minutes before it was supposed to close at 6:30 my bad, but they had already closed early. Then the next day at 3pm i went after i picked up my kid at school and once again was locked up with a sign saying, they'd be back after 4. After 4 when? I wasted 2 days.my time.my gas. Not everyone has time to re arrange schedules to fit theirs when they claim to be open between certain times. If you have a store schedule please keep it. We rely on the scheduled times do we know when we can make time to be there especially when its important. I had a dead line if not for Walmart id had missed it.

When I went to the inksell store after a long time, the shop atmosphere changed with new management, the price was reasonable, and the website also revamped/updated. Definitely recommend this store to everyone.

I went in to price ink before buying a printer. Not only did they have then ink cartridges at a great price they looked up the printer on line and directed me to a store where I saved over $60 on the printer. Thanks inkwell.

I had purchased Ink from Inksell on San Pedro for many years. Recently i called the number on the card i always call, to repurchase Ink. A man named richard anwsered and stated inksell has no more Free standing locations they deliver Ink only. I ordered Black. He delivered the Ink . the Ink was Bad, he returned with another next day, this cartaridge was EMPTY as were the color cartridges. I went to office depot and purchased ink. I requested a refund from this richard person. No response. 2 weeks no response. Was shopping on saturday and see a INKSELL location in the forum, hummmm? "No more freestanding locations?" I call to find out what is going on and who is this richard guy, a refund would be nice! So im told this san pedro store is no longer a inksell franchise and. They know this richard guy, but not part of thier franchise anymore blablabla....song and dance ! Take no responsibility nor do they care my company was ripped off ! NEVER BUY INK HERE AND I WILL NEVER BUY INK FROM INKSELL AGAIN! If you sell franchises you should take some responsibility if something gies wrong.period.
