Great experience in the store. Greeted me, and gave me space to look. When I was ready for more info Marvin was ready to attend me. Went through the finance process with Jessica. Because of something on my end I didn't qualify.... BUT they did follow up with me and found a financing way for me. Carol was great over the phone and made the process to finance easy. Thank you everyone and I highly recommend them!

Was referred here by a friend when looking for living room furniture and I was so grateful. Great selection, Marvin took his time with us and was very knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect set. Luis worked with us on Delivery and answering questions post sale and assisted us through a manufacturer delay as well. Richard and Chris did delivery and set up very quickly and perfectly making sure we were happy before they left, and took all the packaging with them. Every single person in the process took total ownership and we were given such great customer service that I felt good about the transaction at every single point of the process. They also have a great referral program and I feel confident referring others to them knowing they'll have a great experience. This will be the only furniture place I need.

The experience I had with the staff was easy from start to finish they even gave me a better price than one of the larger department stores and communicated arrival. Richard and Cris delivered my furniture and were very professional and made sure it was set up to my preference . I will be returning for future purchases.

I'm not really a review writing person. I just wanted to send some mad accolades out to in home furniture. To whom I have been doing business with Marvin for probably 25 years at this point. I can't remember the last time I've bought an appliance and it wasn't with in home furniture so big UPS to them for that. I just wanted to say thanks for always being there when I need something thanks for delivering thanks for cleaning up the area that it has to go into just thanks for being the guys you are and I appreciate it ... like I said I don't buy any appliances anywhere else....it a great company they'll take care of you good bad and indifferent haven't bought an appliance anywhere else for 25 years. Thxs IN home furniture... Marvin... you're the best

I decided to try Home Furniture instead of driving to the big stores. I worked with Lisa, who is a dear. She was very helpful and not at all pushy. We found what I wanted, and 2 days later they are delivering and setting up my spare bedroom furniture. Thank youColleen

Do NOT buy from here. They took my payment AFTER THEY VERBALLY SAID THEY WILL BILL ME ONCE ALL OF MY FURNITURE IS AT MY RESIDENCE. And it’s in my contract.

This is the worst furniture store customer service is horrible they don’t honor the insurance you purchase though them I had to take them to court to finally get something done and Guardman insurance is horrible don’t purchase their insurance the both of them together will try to rip you off.You didn’t give me free delivery I paid for it.Guardman told you that they will send you a check but you have me waiting to get my chair until you got paid from the company and I have back problem if you don’t trust a company to pay why are you doing business with them I had to wait two months you didn’t decide to give the chair until I had to take y’all to court and y’all didn’t help me with my claim this was totally inconvenience for a customer for me to have wait until y’all got paid though the insurance which they told y’all the check is coming you having got the check yet you told me on the phone the day of delivery you only gave it to me after you got the letter from the courts I had to go to court and I wonder why then y’all decided to give the chair to me because y'all know what y’all was doing wasn’t right and that is bottom line when I place the order with y’all I was not told that I had to wait until I take y’all to court to get y’all to deliver the furniture
