I work at the San Antonio plant for about 5 months. Started off ok but quickly turned into my immediate supervisor Yolanda verbally harassing me on how slow I was telling me if I was gonna sweep an area to do it right to timing me and writing it down on a sticky and placing it on my machine in front of all my co workers to see. I’m not the only one she would treat this way. The men were the only ones she didn’t treat this way especially her neighbor that was hired shortly after me. Went to my manager Bill to report this twice and nothing was done. Continued to report it to Howard the VP of HR and the harassment got worse and I was finally terminated for supposedly going in late. They wanted 8-9 people to clock in right at the hour without a min to spare because then a person would considered late. With the way the time clock never worked not sure how I was the only person ever “late”. Very unfairly treated nothing like there website says I was but part of a family and if it was I felt like a stepchild on how I was treated. Please do yourself a favor and apply somewhere else I’ve gone into depression and was never ever in the mood to go to work.
