Went in to pick out and order shoes... after over a month I called to check status and paperwork had not even been worked on, Medical records person was quick to say she was only one person and couldn't do it all. Had I not called who knows how long it would have taken .Then I had to go back 2 weeks later as they were having manufacturing issues. When I finally got my shoes, the shoes were fine but my custom molded inserts are horrible. All 3 pairs are different thickness, different lengths and different shapes.
Horrible customer service. The tech who measures you talks in circles and does what he wants instead of what the insurance instructs him to do....I could go on but this is enough. I asked for owner to call me, its almost a month later and still no call back. Gave it a 1 for the shoes.

We drove all the way, in pain mind you, just to get to the store at 3pm and them say thier closed...? Business hours say till 6pm and it's on the front door as well. So only rating the fact that they have false hours on thier front door and thier online search. It doesn't take that much to do a quick update people. Especially when you have "potential customers" coming from far, who are already in pain. I won't be back, first bad impression.

The company is sending head letters to evict people from homes he doesn't own. trying to keep up with the Jefferson's..she stole the house.this company doesn't own this house their using this business as leverage..so why is it okay?

I suffer from Plantar fasciitis which is a disorder of the connective tissue which supports the arch of the foot. In all I have no are my foot is as flat as the come!! Ideal shoes has help me with arch supports and inserts for my shoes. The service is great and prompt!

I was looking for a place to purchase a post op shoe. I called they were very kind and helpful on the phone. I went down to the store and Fernando was able to assist me with exactly what I needed. He was very friendly, pleasantly helpful and even with as busy as he was took the time to show me and explain to me how I could adjust the shoe straps. ???

I was born with a slanted hip, there for I need to wear an insert. Thankfully they took the time to see and measure me with their advice machine. Its been a huge change, now my back is not in pain as it was due to wrong walking. I was explained what I needed to use and do to keep pain away and have a better posture. Fernando Jr. Is the sweetest person to explain, Fernando Sr. Is very dedicated to providing the right fit for your needs, and Raquel Herrera help me get the best quotes sense I don't have insurance. Over all am happy from start to now, ill be going back soon for some work shoes ? ? ?.

I’ve always suffered from ankle and foot pain due to prior injuries. Working long hrs Kept me in sever pain. I first went to ideal shoes a few years back and had my feet molded to an ideal insole for my specific footing. Once I received these insoles they immediately made a HUGE difference. My feet felt so much better. I was able to stand for long periods of time without feeling severe pain or tiredness in my feet. Since then I have purchased several pairs of insoles throughout the years. Some for my work shoes and even some for my athletic foot wear since I’m a runner and these insoles help me feel better when I run. I definitely recommend this business and I will be a lifetime customer.

This business sent several evictions t some as far as Mississippi for home evictions..and they don't own the homes..their business is on the head letter.. I have tried calling to ask for the owner and someone named Yolanda always answers for them saying she handles all problems..she's a secretary..not an owner ,you'd think with something this serious the owner would be contacted

This place had wonderful reviews and we have been shocked by the horrible service that we have received. Please know that we have moved into this area and have ordered shoes for over 15 years. My mother has been waiting for over 60 days for diabetic shoes. We have continued to have to call them to ask about the status of the order. We called this morning and were told another 1-2 weeks. The staff does not seem to have it together and need constant supervision. Very disappointing!!!

Horrible service ! If you have elderly parents think twice about having them assist you. It took three months for my mother to get her shoes . Each time she called the gentleman taking care of her case was never available. They claim they went to deliver her shoes and that she was not there. She is homebound and is always home . They are indifferent to her concerns and could careless . Not satisfied on how they treated her . We won't be returning and will be taking our businesses elsewhere. We will be letting her doctor know how they treat the elderly as he is their referral source.
