Hell to check for 7 days and then on the 6th day froze my account where I couldn't have access to none of my funds when my check was just deposited and couldn't pay bills all weekend had bunch of late fees never do business with this bank

I have been sitting in their lobby to open a new checking account for over an hour. They have a single banker on a freaking Friday.Is no one cross trained anymore? Seriously. What a waste of my day.

They could provide better customer service, especially Stephani, who seems to be bothered every time you go. I think he doesn't like his job.

Limited bank transfer options. Only got this bank so I can transfer money to pay my rent. Wire transfer is archaic process and take one hour.

Drove all the way here, an hour before they even supposed to be closed. No signage saying there was an emergency or different hours or anything like that. I am officially over this bank. Everything about this bank has been annoying since I've gotten it. But now I'm going to have a late fee from someone else because y'all can't even be open on y'all's business hours.

DO NOT COME TO THIS BRANCH! I literally signed up for a new account. Came to just get my new card and have all these bankers helping one person at a time. No one but me and been waiting for a good while. Why employ them if they just wish to stand around and do nothing. Too bad district managers aren’t around to see this. Taking my direct deposit elsewhere. Can you believe I waited a whole hour for this kind of service!! I see this one female rep that’s walking around like a headless chicken trying to multi-task and seems like she can never finish one task!!! Felt bad that another customer was trying to open a savings account. Not ONE person said that they’ll be be right with you. Incompetent is what I saw!

I have never had an account before I chose this bank because its close to home the staff is really nice and the manger even welcomed me in very nice

Never enough tellers inside or outside to the drive-through wait times are astronomical. It is a rarity that you’re not waiting over 20 to 30 minutes. The only good thing about it is their extended weekday and weekend hours that’s the main reason I stay with US BANK. Years ago I would travel the outskirts of the Texas borders and this was the only banking system available.
