I have had 2 accts here for about 2 years and they hold the funds for all my checks for atleast days or even weeks. Checks that I have gotten from the same business for atleast 20 times over the last 2 years this bank still held for almost 2 weeks just recently.

I am absolutely disgusted with this bank. I’ve turned off my overdraft courtesy like eight times and it still kept allowing me to overdraft!! they charge me $300 for their mistake do you NOT bank here!!!! They will happily ruin your day

This was my first time opening up an account with IBC bank and Gina was very knowledgeable and helped me through the process of opening up my new saving and checking account. She also gave me really good information to apply for a credit card so I will be back for sure!! Very good experience!!

I am the ONLY customer in the foyer waiting 10 min and they have no one else waiting for transactions. Clerk had to physically call the person at a desk 20 feet away to come take care of my transaction. This is ridiculous

Horrible mobile drive through service (43 minutes for a bank deposit) while 4 others were helped, transactions completed and left that pulled up 20 minutes after me. "Supposedly" they have no corporate number nor a manager at any location to help with an issue. I'll never bank here and asked my employer about switching.

Nov. 28 2020Two weeks ago I had my checking account hacked, I reported it but still had doubts and questions that I could only address in person, I visited this location and was assisted by a young lady, her name is Elizabeth and she usually works at the Walzem location.I'm really grateful to Elizabeth for her assistance, professionalism and friendly attitude.Update:Dec 8th 2021I'd like to commend IBC drive thru teller Steven for his attentive and professional service.
