I absolutely love coming to IBC on Walzem! The entire staff goes above and beyond with their service, always making each visit a great experience. Everyone here is friendly, professional, and truly cares about their customers. Chanel, the manager, leads an amazing team with great personalities and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a bank that treats you like family!

After banking within IBC for years, I can say Chanel and the staff at this IBC location are my FAVORITE of all IBCs I’ve visited in San Antonio. If this is your local branch, then lucky you!

That's it I'm closing my account next week, Atm broken again !! can't rely on this pos bank i get off work late i need an atm to deposit when bank is closed ! 😡

Horrible bank manager, rude and impatient staff!! Do not come here and definitely don’t trust them with your money! Chanel McCarthy is a horrible bank manager with a horrible attitude, if you hate your job so much get a better one. Stop taking your bad choices out on innocent people.

Please DO NOT use IBC bank! Most of their branches are closed permanently. We were told the ATMs would remain open when in fact they are not. There are no branches open anywhere near my location making it extremely difficult to do any kind of business with this particular Bank. We received notice for some of the branch closures but no notice for any of the ATM closures. In my opinion, this is irresponsible business.

If I can give 0 stars I would, they claim their checking account is free, but if you don’t use it they will charge you 5 dollars, they already steal from me 15 dollars, definitely I will be canceling both accounts checking and savings after so many years with them, what an awful experience

Worst Bank Experience Ever!!! Walzem Dr. Bank is Slowest, I've been waiting 15 min on Motor Bank and ask for the return of my money because they never do the deposit I wanted to do, I will better change to Bank of America.
