I have banked with IBC all of my life. Never in all the experiences i’ve had with customer service, have i been talked to like this. this was my first time speaking to someone on the phone at this location and this lady had such a bad attitude. She literally kept talking over me and wouldn’t even let me finish a thought. I eventually gave up and hung up the phone call without any understanding of what was going on with my account because she wasn’t making anything clearer. Regret not getting her name. Rude people don’t belong in customer service jobs.

I’ve been banking with IBC for a very long time, it is my primary bank but I do not appreciate the teller making cashing a check a lengthy process. She kept going from person to person and made me feel like I was doing something wrong, to save her and my time I just took my check to my Credit Union and had the funds available immediately.

I cannot speak on behalf of the bank and what they offer. However. I am giving 5 stars to the kindness of the staff there. My dad fell on the riverwalk the day after Christmas. We walked into the bank frantic and nervous and the ladies who worked there were sooo kind, empathetic, and dropped everything to help during the holiday season. We’ll never forget their compassion in helping us. Thank you!!

Drove to the bank to cash and deposit a $200 check. I was told they were not able to cash my check and if it were deposited will be a 2-4 day hold. I was told to go to a DIFFERENT bank. One I’m not banking with to see if they were able to cash my check. I’ve had so many problems with this bank, definitely switching back to Wells Fargo. Worst bank. Always have a hold on any payroll checks and never able to cash them either. Why do I continue to have to go to heb or Walmart to cash my checks, that also charge a small fee to cash, AND NOT able to go to my bank??

Every time I call them I get the same lame message,"We are experiencing an unusually high call volume. Your estimated wait time is over 20 minutes." Used to be 10 minutes. Now it is 20 minutes. First they give the lame excuse that it is because of the holiday the day before. But why is there always a 10 minute plus wait time in the message? I remember when people actually just answered the phone. Now I have to waste time and money and drive there. No, I am not going to use online banking. I have heard way too many horror stories of accounts getting hacked. Not going there.

Been with IBC for almost 20+ yrs. Called customer service to find out which IBC has a change counter machine. I was told IBC on Travis. So I came with my coins big container weighing more than 40 lbs. I get there and was told they only do it for commercial account ONLY. Thanks for wrong info. ?

Best customer service ever. Always greeted as soon as I walk in and helped immediately and never have to wait. Wheelchair accessible. The bankers are great and attentive.
