Marlen was very rude, rolled her eyes at me through the window while apologizing. Obviously it’s wasn’t genuine. If you don’t like your job or explaining why you can or can’t do something, then just quit.

Rudest bank ever walked in with my senior citizen father who’s been thinking with the company for years, he asked for some statements they wanted to charge him for lady was being extremely rude, refused to call her manager. Another young lady approached us told my dad he needed to be quiet and let her speak Started over talking me and being very disrespectful told us that we could leave the bank if we had an issue. As of today I will be closing my father’s bank account with this IBC bank. How dare you guys treat your senior citizens this way, you are to be ashamed of yourself I do not recommend anybody going to this particular branch in the Brooks city base.

I went to try to open an account. I have a New Mexico license. I was told I needed a US passport with a US address. Explained passports don't have addresses. She also told me that any ATM transaction made outside Texas would require pre-approval, unless your banking system is very primitive, that is preposterous. I think she just wasn't in the mood to work.Who trains them?New Mexico is in the US. I have NEVER been asked for a passport unless I'm crossing the border.

I cashed my check on Tuesday and now its friday and I still havent got all my money, out of $625, it only gave me $230. I'm going to get to the bottom of what IBC staff is intentionally doing to make my check late. And this all happened on the week days, I have never experienced this before. I believe the staff did this on purpose to try to scare me from ever cashing my check there and I'm angry about it. I will be reporting the staff to IBC corporation. Theres is not excuse, it's taken almost a whole week and still nothing. I was already an easy client very calm and the least yall could do for me is not take advantage of my patience.

The girls that work her are the most illiterate people ever. Went in to open a business account for my husband, since he has just a sole proprietor account I had the DBA. I spoke to a girl who said a DBA was not sufficient and proceeded to give me a list of what he needed, however everything she was reading was for a corporation! I tried to explain that it’s a sole proprietor and the only give a DBA and if she could get someone else to confirm, she did and that girl as well kept pointing to corporation info, at this point I knew they both didn’t know what they were talking about so I called another IBC bank. Spoke to a manager and she said no with a sole proprietor all you need is a DBA and tax id or social security number! I called the bank bank at city base and told them they had the wrong information and they said they didn’t but they couldn’t open it without a manager approval and their manager wasn’t in. Please train these girls right because they have no idea what they are talking about!!!!

Not only are the employees a bunch of great looking people, the customer service is out of this world. Always courteous, always in a good mood, they know what they’re doing and they do it at a respectable speed. Even with the pandemic going on they go above and beyond for their customers! Favorite branch in San Antonio!
