I’m not from San Antonio and I came to deposit just a little over three grand and the teller and the manager claim that it is their policy that one may deposit only up to three grand through the drive thru. Funny how at every IBC even back home I have deposited even nine grand at the drive thru. I’m in a hurry and their attitude delayed me even more. I understand the limit of I was withdrawing but not on depositing. This location gets no stars from me in all reality.

If I could give no stars review to this IBC Bank branch I would. We went to cash a check from my business. A young heavy set teller with a rude attitude name Marissa Hernandez had the worst customer services skills. She had the audacity to say she was not comfortable servicing us after she was the one being rude. She needs to be trained on ethics and customer service skills.

Went in on Friday to withdrawal some money was told I couldn’t because it’s pending, I told the teller I get direct deposit every month from my employer for the last 5 years and never had a problem withdrawing money, she said I can take out from the atm I asked for a manager but of course there’s never a mangager available. I told her I go to the location at city base and do it all the time. I go to the city base location and they tell me the teller called them and they cannot do the withdrawal. Long story short they could do the withdrawal these tellers are not trained properly and because of them I will be closing my account. My 10 year can do a better job than them, it’s ridiculous to even have to go through something like that especially was I was going out of town that same day and had to deal with this. I will be posting all the this on my personal and business page to make people aware to not bank here!

My check was put on hold , I come every week last time they looked into my account to check and took off hold but the manager or whatever she said she was won’t even look and you could tell by her voice she was getting upset . I just think she could have done more and better.

Good kind staff always greeted with a smile. They are short on staff at times but I don’t mind since I plan ahead. In all great bank could probably just hire a few more people to handle heavy business days and upgrade the security on their debit cards.

Do Not Recommend!! These people are just so stupid and if you want to close your account with them you have to pay fees which was NEVER mentioned! Any IBC bank is just ridiculous!!! Also just found out they basically STOLE MY MONEY!!!!

15 dollars fee for a debit card is ridiculous. Haven’t had to order one in almost 5 years and still had to pay.
