Terrible service.
1 hour waiting for Miss Daisy to change big bills to small bills.
I've been to this location multiple times for the exact same reason, change for work.
I provided my work card, and this time, she requested an account number.
I explained that I do not have that information and that I've always been able to do this exchange for work.
She took care of other customer inside and after noticing it's been 40 minutes, I rang the bell to get someone's attention, just to find out they didn't started the process.
Miss Daisy even came back to ask me what was the amount I gave her, that tells me nothing was being done.
I requested the money back since I had to go back to work, just for her to say it was because she was waiting for the account number from me, I asked why didn't she came to check and she just kept saying she needed the account number, if policy changed and they do need it, don't make your customer wait for 1 hour, just inform them and return the money.
The bills returned are not even the same I bringed originally, so that tells me the money could have been changed.

Worst bank ever. They make changes to your account without notifying you. Only gave a one star because I had to.

Not a fan of the bank's new policy to not accept cashiers checks, but a big fan of their assistant Vice President Melissa Garcia and sales associate Elaine Ortiz whom worked together to get my renter's cashiers check deposited. The customer support they've given me over the past few months has been priceless.
