Really bad customer service.They did wrong my taxes wich result on a fine of $3161.05 from the IRS and the insurance Piece of Mind... they never return calls or help out on any way. I have been waiting and waiting for this since 3/3/23 .Whatta shame of such a good company.Almost 10 yr client, throwing money every year on the insurance that the day finally need it find out was a scam... be careful with this one.

Nice clean location. Comfortable environment and very friendly staff. The tax pro that handled my taxes was very friendly and patient with me. I comment on this because it was my first time ever doing my taxes. He was very friendly and helpful. He made sure I understood everything clearly, even if it meant repeating himself a time or two. I would highly recommend this place and location for first time tax filers if you don't want to or don't have time to figure out how to do it on your own.

I love coming to HR Block to do my taxes every year. Mr Robert is the best tax advisor and always gets me the best results for my taxes. I never have to wait long and everyone there is very friendly. I recommend HR Block but also the location on Marbach because i have never once had any issues there.

Must read!!!!Don’t go here they wasted my time being late to every appointment. Alberto can’t even file and that’s there “best guy”. I lost out this year with them unfortunately. Go to someone that’s actually going to help you get more on your refund. We all know Uncle Sam has to be squeezed back. But you have to file with someone that has your back. They ain’t it from my experience.

Had minor issues with the virtual set up but over all I'm happy I got my taxes done without going in the office with my kids.
