Fumbled the entire tax return, constantly gave me wrong information, manager to location was clueless and laughed the whole time over the phone about how they screwed up. Will never use this company that hires people off the streets and then lets them do tax returns when they clearly don’t have the proper training. This encouraged me to go back to doing my own tax returns from here on out. Worst experience with any company I’ve ever had regardless of service provided.
