The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I prepared my taxes and came to have them reviewed and to have some tax questions answered by an expert. I was assigned Artavia. My questions were not answered and were dismissed. I wasn't getting help so I decided to leave.Artavia shocked me by saying in the most mocking tone, "Good luck. Go do your taxes, and then come back to us to tell us how you did." I asked for her card, and she said, "Do not get me in trouble."I just wanted to do my taxes and get the most from my return. I have now missed the deadline. Despite Artavia's suggestion, I will not be coming back.I thought paying $85+ to get my taxes done would get me detailed information on my taxes and that I would be treated with respect. It did not.
