I go to H&R Block every time we text time comes around. They do a very good job. It was in a timely manner. I didn't have any questions at the end they were very professional. The only problem was that I didn't get the same person that I got last year. and my taxes were a little complicated but that's the only bad thing that I can say about the whole H&R Block thing. I'll definitely go back.

Horrible service; made an appointment over a week ago; went in for our appointment at 2:00 yesterday, only to be told our representative, Mr. Ferrari, had a walk in appointment. Then what is the point of making the appointment? Then our representative calls us back yesterday after dropping f off our paperwork to let us know it would longer than expected. Today, I get a call from another employee at the same location telling us that our representative will not be able to do our taxes. Totally unacceptable. I understand it’s the last weekend but if I made an appointment a week ago, then they need to do their job.

Kristen barely introduced herself. It took her less than 10 minutes to file my single household tax returns with a single W2. I was in and out under 15 minutes. Upon finishing up she explained the fee for doing my taxes. I explained I never have to pay that much and I’ve been coming here for the past 4 years. She said to take it up with the IRS. She didnt answer my questions about the status of my previous tax return from 2019! She said I also had to take this up with the IRS. It cost $250 to do my simple tax return here so I figured they could at least provide some clarification!

Super disappointed with this office. If I could give it a 0, I would. Went in to process a prior return. Paid over $200 to have return filed. Called a few days later to ask a few questions. No call back. Then, gentlemen answered the phone and said he could not help me or answer any questions because he had 8 people before me. Called customer service and was hung up on. DO NOT USE. IRS has no record of my return!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great service from my tax rep and staff! The facility was clean and covid precautions were in place. Please as for Kristen. She was extremely helpful and quick. The quickness was also due to uploading documents before hand as well. The staff was absolutely wonderful and don't forget to be kind to them as well. They are there to help and sometimes laws are written where they can't help or give a yes all the time. Let them know you saw this so they can see how great they are doing!
