What a waste of time. Came here with an issue on past taxes from 2022. I did them in their system but they can't see them. The lady didn't even really listen to or understand what I was telling her. Sat around messing around on the computer for like 20 minutes, then demonstrated she had no understanding of Federal TSP. Tried explaining TSP had switched vendors and it went in one ear and out the other. Federal employees with issues from 2022 beware.

They messed up my installment payment set-up. After I received my first IRS letter, I brought it to their attention; they dismissed the letter, telling me we had already set up a payment plan. When I received the second angry IRS letter, I immediately contacted them again. They said my Tax Professional was unavailable but connected me with someone else. I explained the situation to this new Tax Professional. No one ever contacted me to help me correct this. I ended up resolving this directly with the IRS myself. I don't see myself using H&R Block again.

There is only ONE method to file one's taxes each year, with the knowledge that your tax return is being completed in a timely manner, professionally, and accurately......and that is with H&R Block!
I have been a client of theirs for 25+ years and I have ALWAYS been beyond satisfied!

Andy Micknicz is incredibly professional , friendly and makes our return as stress free as possible. He’s fast and efficient, always making time to ask if we have any questions and 100% goes above and beyond. At this location everyone is always very friendly and the wait time is minimal, if at all.

The receptionist who answers the phone for the walzem Rd location seems very unsure on how to do her job properly and sounds like she's always confused on what to do honestly. She doesn't seem to understand or know what she's doing and it's a little concerning honestly. Maybe the office manager needs to properly train her again and ask her one on one what help she needs to do her job correctly.
