Came in to do my taxes as a walk in. I have been filing with h & r block for over 8 yrs. The front desk was rude and gave the look of discuss when I asked if they were taking walk ins . She explained to me they were under staffed and could not see me till next week. The entrance area was empty no one waiting. Scheduled appointments I'm sure but the sign out front says WALK INS WELCOME. THE LADY STRAIGHT SHOT ME DOWN AND ITS ONLY 345. Stating they don't take walk ins at all.
Id HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU N8X THIS COMPANY. OVER THE LAST FEW YEARS THEY HAVE REALLY WENT DOWN HILL AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE.

I have been there a couple of times and they keep telling me to set appointment when I got thier one day thier was no costumers they were all just setting around. The door sign says walk ins welcome take your sigh off the door if you are not taking walk in very poor customer service

I came here to file my taxes, only for them not to get fully submitted. I ended up calling them and asking them what's going on to find out the older gentleman who did my taxes didn't fully submit them. I also came back a few times wanting to speak to someone about my tax refund time because, it's been over 27 days and no approval. Come to find out there was a issue with my return and now I'm having to fix things with the IRS. Don't come here if you expect help because they have no idea what they're talking about. Would give zero stars if possible. Ridiculous.

Its a mess here, I had them do my taxes, they lost the documents or forgot or something and then weeks later when I called them to check on everything since I didn't hear back from them, they had me send them the information again. By the time they got to it, it was past the deadline and they told me I was filing late, as if the entire mess was my fault. I will not be returning here.

I had a appointment here recently with Joan. I totally messed up my information but somehow Joan pulled all my train wreck together. I was treated with patience and professionalism. They have easy parking. You can't go wrong here.

way too expensive, slow for having so many people working, online appointments have priority before in person appointments & not a whole lot of explaining, experience or appreciation to the customers. very cut dry & cold.
