All is well, as long as you schedule. No warning for first timers because older clients will get upset if you walk in. It's disgusting how selfish people are.

I went to file my taxes today & left the office insulted. I am unemployed but I receive food stamps & have 2 dependents. According to federal law I am allowed to receive the child tax credit. The "tax specialist" said you don't have an income what do you expect to get back. I said yes I do the food stamps is my income I have two dependents. I should get the child tax credit. She said no you have to work to get that. This was in no way the entire interaction but her tone of voice & phrasing the entire time was incredibly rude. Not only did she treat me like I was doing something illegal she implied we didn't deserve it.

I just had the opportunity to speak with two ladies at this location. Both were very respectful, and kind assisting with my current taxes. I appreciate their assistance. Even if one may not have the answer they have linked me with a rep to help me along. Many blessings to this location.

They deserve 0 stars. The tax rep didn't even file the damn taxes with the IRS. We are finding out that they didn't submit anything. It has been a hassle getting it fixed or finding anyone to fix their mess up. We got an appt at sw military location and day we show up they had to cancel. Been nothing but a nightmare and joke. ...and they call themselves professionals.
