it was a very uncomfortable and unpleasant experience. Seems like me, and my mother were discriminated against the man with the glasses was very rude, unprofessional asking me, and my mother are personal information and income information in front of a bunch of people in the lobby which my mother did not feel comfortable discussing her personal information because there were a lot of people around, she did not plan on filing there she planned on filing at liberty taxes. This is my first year filing taxes, and the man was very rude and was not helpful at all, so I would never return to this locstion again, and I pray no one else colored experiences what me and my mother experience at this place. also, the lady at the desk was saying that me and my mother should become tax followers and we can train at that location when the man with the glasses came out she told him we were interested in training there and he said no we can go to another location when we didn’t even want to be tax filers from the beginning, but it just showed from the beginning the man was discriminating against us, and for some reason did not like us I guess because we were colored. my mother and I were still able to get our taxes done, but just not at that location and never again will we return to that location!

I will never use this app or company ever again I still haven't got my money the IRS says they have it I talked to 20 different agents they all day different things I ask to speak to a manager and they hang up and the physical store can't help you because they are two different company's. Run away people run away!
