Do not file with H&R Block. I had a horrible experience from confirming my appointment that they said was never confirmed. Then they scanned my paperwork and instead of being seen right away. They told me I would do them online instead of waiting to be seen between appointments and they would call me back that night since they were busy and scheduled. It took three days after that to file to file my taxes so I thought I never got the signature through the app ID. I kept having to call back and email it took a week to get a call back and go over everything and I was supposed to get a refund loan. We talked about it and told me I was signing papers for it then come to find out when I was following up on my loan Advance apparently there was never an application submitted for that. And all I was told was that there’s nothing that they can do for the refund loan . So now I just gonna wait for my tax Refund, I’m never filing there again. It was a nightmare!!!

The business shows walk ins welcome….but don’t do it they will not see you I went 1 hour before they closed and they turned me away….

Had an appointment at 5pm today to discuss our taxes and the whole office was closed. Called and the representative didn’t know why it was empty and confirmed we had an appointment. I took off work and now our time is wasted. Not very professional.

H and R block has always helped me find the most and get the most money.And you get insurance in case they mess up.You're not gonna pay out-of-pocket owing the IR good at their job.I'm not good at that you don't understand
