The new app changes with no explanation are horrible. I've used H&R block for years but clearly you have a bunch of people who don't have to make their beds let alone file taxes online doing your app programing and no one is paying attention. Very frustrating considering the money I paid which is WAY too much for a self service process. NOT HAPPY.
