Long time customer. But last year they made a Very Big Mistake! I showed them a 1099 after my taxes were filled with their so called professionals. I discussed the fact that to me it was just a informational 1099. Because I did Not earn any money and the form showed that. H & R supervisor advised to submit a supplement. After haggling with them and IRS from June through August 2022 I paid the $6,000 MISTAKE because of that dam supplement filed. I needed my Health back! I had chest pains & depression! They are NO Good!
