Carmen Mendoza is such a blessing! I do my taxes every year with H&R Block but this year I feel amazing and extremely confident! She is amazing!!!! Bonus she speaks really good Spanish! Words can’t express how grateful I am that she did my taxes! Truly Honestly! Awesome customer service, very educated she knew her stuff and fast!

Had an appt to fix a problem another location failed to do from the beginning just to wait for the day of to find person called in. Friendly people, just be courteous enough to call us and cancel so we don't waste our time planning our day around you. If someone calls in, look at the days appointments and call customers to let them know when you know.

I would give this place negative stars if possible I was double charged for their service I spent over 2 and a half hours on their customer service line given the run around and transfer 7 times with no resolve. Drove down to the office and asked bout getting the money they over charged me where they had to ask for my bank statements and they would get back to me. I gave the statements they asked for. Had to call again a week later to make an appointment about my status. I’ve called customer service yet again had to make another appointment to find out what is going on with my money being paid back. It’s not a refund of their services it’s being paid back for the EXTRA money they took. I PAID DOUBLE they know it and still haven’t paid me back. All I have gotten was an apology for their Mistake. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST. I saw on the reviews I am not the only person they did this to.

Ms. Conde did our taxes. She took her time and we got great customer service. Second year we go with her. We'll be back to do our taxes next year with her.

This store double charged me for my refund back in November and I they still have not refunded me my money. I have called day after day, called the regional manager Rene and left him several messages with no response. I guess this multi million dollar company needs the money more than I do.
