My tax preparer was unkind and I felt rushed. He sped through filling out tax answers on his computer and did not ask me any tax preparation questions on the computer. When I did ask questions, the tax preparer answered my questions with undermining tone and gave vague answers. I do not feel confident that my tax preparer was through. I recommend going elsewhere to get your tax prepared.

Never again! Carlos didn't listen to me last year and then makes us pay his mistake. I know it wasn't me since another client came in upset he left off children on her taxes.
