Was recommended to this location had an appointment with Cynthia but she was running late that was fine I understand, Helen started on my taxes but was in a rush because she had an appointment, As Cynthia walks in Helen tells her that I was her appointment but tell her to finish my file, SO UNPROFESSIONAL. NOW I GET A LETTER ABOUT MY TAXES?, CALL HELEN TO ASK QUESTION ABOUT MY LETTER THAT I RECEIVED AND SHE WAS SO RUDE,VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME TO THIS LOCATION, DID GO TO THE ZARZAMORA LOCATION THERE THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL.

Whent back because there was an issue with my taxes,SO RUDE, DISRESPECT,AND NO COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE STAFF(HELEN AND CYNTHIA) STAFF SHOULD HAVE PATIENCE WITH CUSTOMERS.
