The lady was nice but she kept getting confused and didn't seem to know what she was doing period I was there for 2 hours or more.Someone else had to show app and help out along with calling a supervisor to answer certain questions and on top of all this, I'm a single mom with 2 disabled children and Only one full-time job and they charged me $400.I would not go to this location or use h&R block ever again.
