My mistake was to file my wife’s & I taxes here last year . My spouse and I walk in I should have left as soon as they didn’t want to help us . The lady in the front was juts on her phone try to pull the language barrier card then she called her manager another Spanish lady they didn’t even give me a chance to speak because btw I speak Spanish fluently I don’t know if they were homophobic but long story short they pull the card “ the system is down you can juts leave you paperwork here and will call you when is done . I’m upset because they didn’t file anything all they did was putting it in one of their envelopes and gave it right back to me w out filing !! Why because they knew we had to pay back we didn’t have dependents at all . Why do something so shady if you didn’t want to do my taxes juts say it now I’m behind on my taxes because of these ignorant, unethical people ! They only want to help those that have kids and expect a huge income tax back ! Because they are money hungry and it showed !don’t let that fake kindness of the manager Carmen Mendoza fool you !!
