Ruby is literally the rudest tax representative I have ever had. She refused to do my taxes because she was “uncomfortable”. She refuses to work with soldiers. This was the second time that I had re-done my appointment because the last time I went in the system was down. I have already reported to her to HR. I hope she gets fired.
