I attended Sheena's Rhythom and Flow Monday 8:30 class. It was absolutely fantastic. I will definitely be taking her class again!

This studio is #1! The teachers are very nice and helpful and understanding. I broke my back 3years ago and I owe my flexibility, strength, shoot, even mental clarity all to this place. Forever grateful ?
