I went in looking for a shirt for my daughter for Christmas and Cassandra was so helpful. She has a wonderful smile and was so polite. I will definitely be returning to this location simply because Cassandra was so awesome.

I've always love Hot Topic but the young lady that helped us in this store was a delight. When I pointed out a shirt with "Butter" on it to my husband (we are in late 40's) she told us it was from a kpop group. We laughed and informed her we knew it was BTS and that we saw them the first time at the Billboard Music Awards then in Chicago during the Love Yourself tour. She was impressed. ?
