Oh hell no how dare you send me to this disgusting place. There is no way. Looks very shady. I'm actually offended that one of the agents sent me to go look here for the apartments that I was looking at on Eisenhower.

You most be careful parking your car here more then 5 days at the same spot, they will towed it from you before you know it.

an option to live, adding that there should always be security due to conflictive neighbors.How to be careful of the employees because they enter the apartment and even steal the clothes or things you have. A very bad experience at El ROBO from the truck to the things inside the apartment...There is ONE GOD...

Do not live here. The neighbors are violent, its infested with roaches that are impossible to get rid of. At least once a month a fight would break our among the neighbors. Generally not a safe of healthy place to live. Constant issues with flooding and bursting pipes and management is impossible to get a hold of when they're not bullying you with constant notices for noise. Neighbor when forst moving in next door found needles all over her apartment scattered in the closets. If you wanted to live in a trap house this complex is as close to that as you can get. The place is constantly swarming with cops breaking up fights. Mold in the showers. I got sick every 2 weeks living here and I couldn't understand why, it was the amount of mold in the apartment along with what was probably a reaction from all the roach poop on every surface. No matter how much you clean it will never be clean.

After seeing the apartments I'm not interested it's not so much that it's the price and the area like who charges $1,000+ when it's a terrible neighborhood for a 1 bed room.

visitors have to pay to park or be towed. tow truck company from parqed are excessively agrresive in towing. i will not be renewing my lease.

Within an 30 minutes of arriving my car got towed. I asked the residents if they knew anything and they told me the owners don't care and the wrecker tows anybody if he's in the mood too. 1 resident explained his dad's car getting towed within minutes of him arriving to visit. Bad ownership and management.

Be Very careful if you park your car here... do NOT put a folding sun-shield inside of your cars windshield ... Our car was towed even though we had our plates registered with the complex and our parking sticker on the back of our rearview mirror ... It cost us $300 to get our car back and NO refund!
