The staff were excellent and very helpful. The room was clean (the toiletries Zero/0 are wonderful). Perfect location (small grocery store nearby), and very close to the Riverwalk.Walkability: Barely a 1/2 block to the Riverwalk.

the place was VERY clean and the people were SO NICE. me and hubby went down for our honeymoon and stayed here. any time we left or came in they welcomed us and/or told us to have a good day etc. i asked for clean sheets and clean towels a couple nights we were down there and they didnt hesitate, they were on it very quick!! the only thing i hated was the parking, but got used to it. breakfast was SO good!! i would recommend this place to literally everyone. and the pool was lovely! most of the lay out chairs were broken but it was very clean. thanks guys !! will be coming back for sure!

Home2 Suites Riverwalk, Soledad St.My recent stay at the Home2 Suites Riverwalk was an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, Anthony at the front desk made us feel incredibly welcomed and at home. His warm and professional demeanor set the tone for a wonderful stay. Location was great, hotel was clean + staff was so friendlyIn the mornings, Michael in the kitchen went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, he was so friendly in conversation, creating a delightful start to our day. The housekeepers were equally friendly and diligent, keeping the hotel impeccably clean and comfortable.If I could offer one suggestion, it would be to ensure that products like quarters and laundry soap are consistently stocked for travelers. This minor inconvenience aside, we had no complaints and were beyond happy with our stay. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so memorable!Nearby activities: Riverwalk, parks, churches, shoppes

The place was beautiful. Grand breakfast was awesome. People were very nice. The rooms were spacious, clean and the bed was comfy. Place does have a Riverwalk view and access.

Staff was awesome, very friendly. Rooms very clean, house keeping came in everyday to make bed and give fresh towels.Wish there was a hot tub and/or a bar in the hotel.Valet staff not so friendly. Was charged for 2 over night parking and car was only there 31 hrs.Rooms: Nice, spacious, had everything I needed.Nearby activities: RiverWalk, Fiesta,Safety: Homeless laying by the riverwalk door, smelled like pee. Broken glass on side of building where you walk to get to river.Food & drinks: Breakfast was good every morning and something different every morning.Close to restaurants and bars.

LOVED this hotel. Nice, large, quiet, clean room. View from our room of Riverwalk was lovely. Staff was wonderful. Pool area and gym were great and the location was absolutely perfect. Our family really enjoyed this stay. Can't comment on the breakfast as we never used that benefit.Nearby activities: Riverwalk, Alamo, Market SquareSafety: We never felt unsafe walking around San Antonio. There are homeless in the park just south of the hotel, but we never felt unsafe or threatened.Walkability: Nice, level town. Easy walking all over.

Except parking at $60 a night is too expensive, everything else is very goodRooms: The room was very clean, quiet and far from the river center.Nearby activities: It’s great to go for a walk by the river. There are many places to eat and drink, so it’s very convenient.Walkability: about 20 minutes

Great hotel with above average sized spacious rooms. The included breakfast is better than most with a wide variety of options. Conveniently located on the River Walk for easy access.

We enjoyed our stay this weekend. Parking was somewhat crazy. We called & asked for extra blankets and never got any. Checkout was fast, but valet scratched two of our rims. Breakfast was okay. ?Nearby activities: Riverwalk

What an awesome hotel and staff. So clean , staff is awesome , rooms are so clean. We will be back to this hotel. Family of 5 3 kids two adults slept well comfy beds and the breakfast is awesome. Get valet it’s betterRooms: Clean rooms and stocked up just right with all you need.Walkability: Alamo is near , it’s right in the river. Ver clean and modern.

If you’re going to stay here and are fortunate enough to get placed on the street side… be prepared for a 5AM wake up call, every morning, Monday-Saturday, by trash trucks across the street. This process lasts approximately 20-30 minutes.Stayed here for 5 days on business, no heads up whatsoever. When asked about it, front desk was oblivious. The valet informed us about the trash service.Thrilled to be leaving this place.

Staff were extremely pleasant, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. Valet staff were so friendly and helpful with recommendations, as was the front desk staff. The cleaning staff were most kind and helpful!!!!Would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends!!!!!
