Great place to find hidden gems! Salespeople ready & willing to not only help you out but willing to bargain with customers for the best price for both. They are honest and hard working so some respect should be deserved! The only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 stars is because I know these guys will be better in a couple of years. From day 1 to now is a vast improvement, better items and finally "GREAT PRICES" So I visit every time I can just to see the changes and growth of this company.

The manager Mario has great customer service. He’s always very helpful at any location he is at. I always walk out happy whether I buy anything or not that day I return as long as he is the manager.

Just had a horrible experience. I've been to all their sister locations and never had such rude customer service like I just had at home outlet. Not only was lied to about the prices and the sell lady not holding their own store policy. But she herself setting her own prices. When I confronted her about the policy and showed her product, i was trying to purchase. And the overcharge she gave me, she turned around and ignored me. And told me that's what she is charging and I can leave if I don't like it. And then proceed to show me higher end products that were not the same ones I was buying and said "thats thier price". It was terrible. I would not recommend shopping here if that older lady is there selling by herself.

Discounts are very poor. Some items are higher than what you can find on ebay. It is not worth the time to visit this place. There's also furniture available with a very high price tag. The quality of this furniture is comparable to big lots so mediocre at best. You should just go to big lots instead since it has a warranty.If you decide to visit and look closely at the products, you'll notice that there are receipts taped on the product with the return reason. Some receipts state that item doesn't work, leaks, overheats and yet they are happy to resell a defected product.I also think it's disgusting to sell returned bidets that more than likely have fecal matter on the item.

Nothing is priced. Want you to use a Walmart app to see original price and then it is half that. Mean while you have to dig through boxes to see what is available to buy.
