More often than not, I've had a good shopping experience at this location. I've found that first thing in the morning is when I get best results as far as assistance and quicker checkout time. We usually get our paint and lumber from this location. Love the military discount as well.

Home Depot does not provide handicap carts for the people who need them so if you don't have your own wheelchair or Walker then you you have a hard time buying things you need

Went to buy a Ryobi hedge trimmer, which should have taken 15 minutes, tops. Upon finding what I needed, I tried to find someone to open the cage since all those products are now under lock and key.
First, it took me some time to find a person who appeared to work there, just to find out that he is just a vendor. He then referred me to customer service.
Okay, I waited in line, and a lady then called over the intercom for assistance.
After waiting for 10 minutes, still no show. A HomeDepot employee walked by, and I stated that I was waiting and to please call someone. I got a snarled remark that sounded like 'okay'.
Another 10 minutes and still nothing. Grabbed another passing employee, and I requested the store manager, who, by the way, never showed up.
After over 30 minutes of waiting, finally a guy showed and opened the cage. Still no manager. After requesting the manager once more at customer service and getting the response that he is at the lumber area unlocking something, I left with my hedge trimmer.
It is sad that after conducting my business at this location for almost 30 years, I had to experience a stark decline in customer service. Needless to say, I will not return to this location.

It seems like no one can help. If you are a single lady good luck on your own because these people don't care. They also lie on discounts so they can make the sale and they can get a monthly bonus.

Why can't I ever get anyone to cut me some chain. After waiting 20 mins I gave up waiting. This has happened three different times.

Could not get help from anyone. They were all standing around and when asked they all suddenly were too busy. Went and found a cart in an isle and then an employee had time to tell me that cart was reserved for someone else. So disappointing since I used to work for home depot and would be embarrassed if that experience happened in my store. Safe to say I walked out, I'll spend my money elsewhere.

Ordered Online. 2 different deliveries. Difficult to get real help. Missing items from first package. Called customer service after hours and couldn't help me. Refered me to file a claim with Fed Ex. When I thoroughly explained that it's obvious the items were either taken out or never put on box. Definitely an inside job. Totally unacceptable and poor customer service for a huge enterprise. So now I have to wait and wait for my tools? I'm like $400 out. Probably for some thief working at the Warehouse.

Ordered several appliances from this location. One we ordered online, and the delivery team and the scheduling folks we encountered were all great! The second delivery was for a washer and dryer and Julie in the appliance section was awesome. She helped us find what we wanted through the online site (nothing in store was going to work) and helped make sure we got a quick delivery. Really great experience for the purchase and many thanks to Julie! When the washer and dryer were delivered, they kept us updated and made it easy to track their arrival within the 4-hr window and then the two men who delivered them were very personable, professional and efficient. We were their last delivery of the day so I know they had to be hot and tired; but they were great and positive and polite throughout. Overall, a great experience from the ordering stage to delivery, everyone was a pleasure to work with. Excellent customer service in a time when that's not so common anymore!
