The room was fabulous I loved the modern shower. The hotel was very pretty and had a very nice breakfast. The housekeeping is very helpful and friendly. Customer service was excellent.Rooms: Loved the room, very clean, modern, had everything I needed it was perfect.

We stayed at this hotel from April 19 to 21 or 22. On 2 of our 4 nights at approximately 6:30 in the morning the fire alarm went off. I have two daughters and the first time they were very scared and that night it was difficult for them to go back to sleep. And the next day it rang again. They said it was because of the bread toaster, did the same thing happen twice at the same time? There was no refund or anything for this situation, since a hotel is just for resting. We were going to stay 8 nights and we had to change hotels.

My family and I recently stayed here for a night. We were fairly disappointed with our stay. The hotel was nice on the first floor and therefore we expected the room to have the same quality but it did not. The room seemed like a old room that they tried to make look better with a bad coat of paint. There was a huge red stain on the carpet. The shower rod was terribly rusted and there was also rust in the toilet bowl. There's an old tub in the room with the ceramic peeling. I've stayed in many holiday Inn express but this one has the worse room quality. I wish I had taken more pics. The plus sides were that the beds were comfy and the staff was super friendly. Also the breakfast was good with several options to choose from.Walkability: The hotel isn't near anything. Nothing to walk to.

The staff were friendly, but they did seem to be a bit short staffed at the desk. Overall, this hotel was a win! The rooms are exceptionally clean, breakfast was hot and fresh no matter what time I visited, and it is conveniently located minutes from the highway. It was one of the best Holiday Inns I've visited by far!Rooms: Rooms were almost pristine, and the staff did an excellent job.Nearby activities: The hotel is only 15-20 minutes away from the riverwalk, Alamo, botanical garden, and zoo.

Coffee was cold every morning. Had to request that they make coffee every morning. One morning, it was 7:30 am before they put out new hot coffee. The first night, we did not have any towels in our room. They are short staffed. One night, 3 people were waiting to check in with one person working the desk. The AC is very loud, and it is either freezing or hot in the room. We usually enjoy Holiday Inn Express, but this was not a good experience. Hope they can improve.

At first I was afraid about the hotel since I was going with my family, I normally stay in many Holiday Inns in various countries for work reasons so I know what I'm talking about, I can only say thank you very much to Miss Pilar for making us feel at home Very friendly and attentive, she welcomed us in the evening upon arrival.About the Hotel, very clean with the smell of flowers on the 2nd floor, the clean room was tidy and there was never a lack of daily cleaning, the shower had instant hot water, the ice machine was always full.Breakfast always hot, clean, with a variety of foods and above all with enough food.The location is the least important thing when you want to sleep peacefully, it is about 15 minutes to Seaworld.In short, I would stay with you again, thank you very much for the excellent team you have.

I called to simply ask a few questions about the hotel and booking and staff was extremely rude. I have never left a bad review in my life, however, the receptionist attitude is the sole reason me and everyone I know will never stay at one of your hotels again.

Awesome stay! The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. It smells fresh as soon as you walk in the hotel. We arrived around midnight extremely exhausted, and felt good to see this sweet lady had our paperwork already printed and ready for us just to sign. Check in time was less than 5 minutes! I believe her name is Nora. Thank you!

Highly recommend this hotel.I recently began staying here after leaving a nearby hotel after 13 years of weekly stays. Andrew, manager, and his staff are terrific.Rooms: Clean, comfortable rooms.Food & drinks: Breakfast is provided and it has a nice selection.Noteworthy details: Very accommodating staff, eager to help.

Amazing! Check in was so quick and she was so sweet. Very clean room and comfortable bed. Breakfast was AMAZING and super fresh with so many options to choose from. Only complaint I have is the shower took 10 minutes to heat up, but no biggie! Would stay here again.

Pros: close to what I came into San Antonio for.Clean, good breakfast, comfortable bed.Cons: my room smelled funky when I first walked in.Food delivery (Uber eats) takes a minute to get here, order one hour ahead.Map takes you around before you locate the place.Requested room cleaning service, they only made the bed, with the same sheets, trash was not taken out, still met my hair on the floor when I got back.Giving a 4 star, because they were very apologetic and tried to rectify it. Also lobby smelled really nice.In general, place smells nice and they do have a good breakfast.Rooms: Scale of 10, 8 cleanFood & drinks: Good selection of breakfast
