I will never spend another dollar at Hobby lobby. My sister came in with her kids and really needed to use the RR. She has been a hobby lobby customer for decades and they refused to let her use the RR. Absolutely ridiculous service. The employees were rude and disrespectful. I thought Hobby Lobby represented Christian values? What a joke.

They always have first-class merchandise, well organized, the establishment is clean, very attentive staff, always in good humor and friendly. The prices and quality of the product are local competition.

It’s a shame that a store with great products has the worst service ever! The ladies on the counter were so rude and were not complying with their own return policy. The manager gives stupid reasons to not return/exchange a faulty
product.
