Absolutely horrible. Live anywhere else. Everything is old,breaking and quite literally disintegrating. Our garbage disposal broke multiple times,our restroom,bedroom & kitchen light stopped working as well. And management could care less.

Highly recommend Hidden Oaks Apartments if you are looking for a nice, clean apartment in a great location. Exterior is always kept looking nice, and great experience with the leasing office when looking for a unit for a family member.

Management (Hope) is horrible! A/C “cools” to a max of 78! Work orders never get completed. Roaches/Spiders in & outside complex! Never peaceful-
Always noisy. Gym blah!

I called this place and set up an appointment to see an apartment at 10am, I spoke with Hope on the phone before leaving and told her I had work at 11am. I arrived at 10:05 and Hope said she had a walk in at 9:55am that she couldn’t turn away. I told her I would wait 10 minutes and then I was leaving. I waited 30 minutes, I could hear everything Hope was saying in the next room over and she was taking her sweet time and it felt like she was intentionally taking her time with the intent to have me wait longer. Don’t waste your time with this apartment. I overheard Hope tell new tenants that there is no security at this apartment and they have a serious problem with people breaking into cars. When I called her out on Zillow, Hope blocked me from seeing the listing anymore. I hope your manager reads this and all the other terrible reviews about Hope specifically. These apartments are decent, at least from what I saw from the photos, but Hope is the reason why people don’t want to live here.

Do not bother with this place, my boyfriend and I tried inquiring about an open apartment that we had seen on their website, and when helped(if you can even call it that), a lady named Hope had answered the phone and she was rude the entire time, and her practices are disgustingly shady. To top it off she ended the conversation laughing on the other line rudely and hung up mid conversation. I’m not sure what’s going on with management in Hidden Oaks, but it is anything but friendly and welcoming.

Before making the decision to rent in this place, think carefully, the administration is a joke, they will charge whatever they want for water and at first Hope the manager is a sweetheart, then she makes life impossible and threatens to kick you out of the property. I am currently 15 days without hot water and she doesn't take responsibility to solve it hope is an unpleasant person I just want to fulfill my contract to get out of this place and finally I have placed orders through the Amazon app and due to a GPS error they leave them in the office and she He steals them, locks himself in the office and turns everything off to pretend he's not there.
