Rented a car online when I arrived after taking an Uber there I was told they don't have any vehicles. When I asked if I could get reimbursed for the Uber I was basically laughed at and the guy went whose next during the question. Crappy service terrible customer service. Never again

Poor customer service. Picked up car, was dirty outside and in. Customer service did not go over car features or instructions. NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!!!! Overall service to get anyone from customer service awful! Hold time in phone over 30 minutes and still no.one responded!

Save your time, money, and peace of mind. Do not come to this place. Literally taking the VIA buses will be more convenient. Don’t come here.
