This Hertz Location has not existed for years and it is still a pick up drop off location on their site. 30 mins looking for the drop off. I should have used Enterprise. Staff bad attitudes don’t help.

This place didn't get me a car even though I had a confirmation number. Then I had to wait 7 to 10 days for my refund. I will never do business with them ever again. I was goin to my daughter's wedding. Put deposit on the car a week in advance. Every place I called was sold out of cars cause it was Easter weekend. I was lucky a friend let me Barrow his car otherwise I wouldnt have made it to my daughter's weddin. I live in San Antonio the weddin was in Springdale, Arkansas... ThX Hertz for screwing up my plans...
