Hermes San Antonio is the place to all your musical gear and instruments and accessories. They are a top notch customer service business. I just went Guitar Center in San Antonio, and nobody greeted me or asked me if i needed assistance. I went up to one salesman and he ignored me while i stood in front of him. Sorry Guitar Center yall need to do better. So, Hermes is my go to shop. See Devon, he will treat you right. Thank you!

I was looking for a second guitar and after going to a few different stores I stumbled across Hermes. I am instantly met with employees who truly care about you. They went out of their way to help me find everything I needed. They have amazing prices and a good product selection. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

I highly recommend this guitar shop for both beginners and pros. I have been a customer of Hermes music since 2001! I have bought both guitars and accessories over the years and have never been let down by their service or prices. I always feel welcome in the shop and the staff there are very helpful. it's great to see y'all still open after the pandemic.

Went there to find a cozy store with a lot of music options. All of them were really high quality. Bought one of the best classical guitars I've heard for only $250. The staff there were friendly, inviting and helpful. Top notice customer service and even better products. Amazing place to shop for instruments.
