I had an excellent experience with Mike at Heritage Movers on Topper Circle.
I had an impossible move and Mike made it happen.
He is the hardest worker I seen .
The most trustworthy, compassionate, considerate, and above all just nice !
This guy never rested until the move was complete.
He went above and beyond.
Heritage take good care of this man !!

My husband and I are preparing to move overseas and wanted to place some of our larger items in storage. Nancy was very sweet and professional. She explained the process thoroughly and Larry emailed us with a very reasonable quote. Mike and George showed up on time and had everything moved pretty quickly. They were both professional and efficient. I would definitely recommend this company.

We had the best moving experience of our lives using Heritage. I got 4 quotes, and went with Heritage because we were moving within San Antonio. Nancy Kreft (who did our estimate) did the best job of explaining our move because she really knows our area. When you see their experienced movers in action, you know you're in good hands. It was amazing to see how they thoroughly prepped the move, and took exceptional care of us. We gave the Heritage movers the biggest tip we have ever given any movers because they deserved it!By the way, I was puzzled as to why there are a number of recent negative reviews for Heritage Movers (Texas) when our experience was exceptional. Nancy, if you're reading this review, you need to report these negative reviews to Google because they're not for your company, they're for a interstate (not local Texas) moving company called "Heritage" based in Medley, Florida. Unfortunately, when you post a reply trying to correct a negative review meant for a different company, Google thinks (due to the reply) that you're acknowledging it as belonging to your company, and doesn't help you remove it!

These guys are awesome! This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had moving. I was a little apprehensive because I hadn’t met them in person but they quickly squashed all my worries. They were efficient and strong, personable and kind. I highly recommend this company to anyone!

This company is absolutely horrible. Why do I say this? After all the damage (86" TV, curio, cabinets, desks etc), all they are responsible for is $0.60 per pound. I'll explain. We paid to have them pack our TVs. They damaged my 86" TV. The TV was several thousand. When you claim this, you will get $0.60 for every pound the TV weighs. It was less than $75. You will have to buy additional insurance that was an additional $500 for a minimum $5k of insurance.

Hertiage Moving and Storage is now my first call to move anything. The movers are personable and quick. All out of the box furniture (items) were wrapped; no items were damaged or lost. Bedding and exercise equipment was disassembled and reassembled. Heritage assembled the exercise equipment better than the company's technicians. They also ensured I was happy with the placement of all items. The move time (cost) was 1/3 less than the quote, so tipped half of the 1/3. The movers were worth more than the quoted price, but a girl needs to eat.

IF Only I could give a NEGATIVE Score and This company is the least professional company we have ever moved with. They damaged our home we were selling, our rental and cost us $1000's in repairs in which they will not cover. They damaged so many of our items I have almost lost count!! The crew that showed up for pickup and delivery were in a rush and did not take care of our things. The crew didn't wear the companies attire neither did the trucks which just had a slap up magnet sticker on the door. When our boxes arrived at the final destination they were smashed, torn with wholes and super dirty. Our stationary exercise bike was broken, 2 legs to a table missing and not found, desk is all torn up, shelving on a bookcase is broken and pictures plus so many other things were broken. If they do break your things and you file a claim they have you call a company they hired who's whole purpose is to make sure you do not get reimbursed AT ALL. Also please note they do not warrenty any damage to walls, floors or any surface. Their claims department said that is normal with a move and to be expected. Please if you do need to FIND MOVERs and find this Company please use some one else AND save you from all the headaches my family is going through!

I spoke with Lisa with heritage moving company and was provided an estimate according to what items we would be moving. Our estimate was for $3,500 with a $1150 deposit. Heritage moving company moved us on 8/9/2021. Before the truck left our drive way we were demanded to pay an additional $2232. Our things were taken to a storage unit where they would remain till our new house build was completed. We were delayed 1 month on our build and required an additional month of storage which raised the cost by $350. The day the movers brought our things to our new house they would not unload the truck with out another $1806 payment. After we paid the movers informed us they did not have a key to the lock to the truck. The movers were already late. The movers were advised by Mike to drive the truck full of our belongings to Home Depot to buy a bolt cutter. We had one and had to cut the lock ourselves. By the time the movers started unloading the truck it was 4:30pm. As I watched my stuff come off the truck I was HORRIFIED. My white 3 piece sectional couch was covered in black stains. As I unpacked my drinking glasses were completely shattered. My daughters $700 nursery rug was missing. Along with multiple items broken and damaged. I contacted Mike immediately who had been in charge of our move and was told to file a claim. I had to ask Mike 5+ times for a copy of our contract and inventory list and have still not been given a copy of the contract. We filed the claim as recommended. Our claim settlement came back tonight offering $96.00. My damaged couch was purchased last November's costing $5,600 alone. My daughters rug that was missing completely was $700 and less than a year old. Never mind the glasses, platters, cast iron skillet, Dutch oven, vases, decor, and lamps that were broken. We paid over $5000 for heritage moving company to DESTROY AND LOSE multiple items. Do not use this company!!

Larry and his team were fantastic from the very start. He came to our home to provide a not to exceed quote and communicated everything clearly with us and helped set expectations. On moving day the crew was prompt and professional. They unrolled mats to walk on and placed protective blankets on corners within the home. They moved efficiently and were courteous and professional. Heritage really helped relieve a lot of the stress of moving. I would HIGHLY recommend their services!

Beware. Do not use Heritage!We had a terrible experience when we used them to move from Florida to California. They asked us when we would like delivery. We found out later that the actual delivery was 1 to 21 business days from the date we specified. We asked for an update numerous times and they had no idea when the delivery would take place or where the movers were. The communication with the company was dismal. Find another company and save yourself a lot of heartburn

As if moving isn’t stressful enough. Lisa Busick- quite the sales person, promises to be your contact the entire move. She pushed for a cash deposit then was never heard from again… ever!The movers show up and start wheeling and dealing about if I should actually take items i wanted to move, telling me they were not worth moving etc, then bargaining with me on packing items.They made me feel uncomfortable the entire time. And I was nervous for an entire month about where my items were.Thank goodness for the most part all arrived as far as I can tell so far. However two pieces very special to me did not make it. A sentimental porch swing and a family heirloom table was basically just broken in half. Of course there’s no response still from this Lisa, who would to be my personal contact assuring my comfortable move.And of course the insurance will not cover anything.The movers delivering were quite polite but didn’t give us but a couple hours notice to meet them with cash on a friday evening. Very sketchy.Have done a cross state move previously with comfort and success, I would say This Heritage Moving company is not great. Very disappointing. Pretty sad people can feel good about themselves lying and take advantage of people when vulnerable.The moving industry just seems quite shady and this experience was nothing but. I’m just glad I have my stuff.

Heritage Moving & Storage were amazing to work with! My husband and I recently moved and used their pack and move services.The ladies who packed for us were very sweet and crazy efficient. It would have taken me days to accomplish what they did in just a few hours.As for the movers, they were also very efficient, friendly, and had smiles on their faces even though it was a hot summer day. We finished unpacking the last of our boxes today and nothing was broken or damaged. They also moved some big furniture items, including my husband's piano, and everything looks perfect. They even finished quicker than what they had estimated so our expenses were under the quoted price.We greatly appreciate this company caring for our possessions with attention to detail like they were their own and will highly recommend them to all of our friends and family members.

The worse moving company we have ever hired. We moved out of state. When the movers arrived they wouldn’t unload any of our stuff until we signed saying everything was there and in good condition. Most of our stuff is damaged or missing. We are now missing a jewelry box that has roughly over $2,000 worth of jewelry missing. Electronics are broken, they were constantly dropping stuff instead of setting it down. The boxes are ruined and torn open. We also have other people stuff that is not ours, we told them that it’s not our stuff and they told us to just keep it. We paid them to unload the stuff and carry the stuff to the proper rooms and all they did was unload and then drive off with out giving us a review or anything. Do not use this company unless you want stuff missing and damaged!

Amazing customer service and Larry was always responsive. The estimate was thorough and fair. Gave us tips on packing and how make the process as efficient as possible. Mike and his team of movers were mindful of our belongings and punctual on both sides of the relocation. Highly recommend.

Worst experience ever. Broke half of my furniture and on top of that very rude staff who made my moving a living hell.
