People works here was very nice polite. My appt was for 23:00 and got here 23:00 they said they closed they only open 06:00am to 23:00 if your appt at 22:30 or 23:00 try to get here by 22:00 or before… so I had to wait for new appt which next day @20:00. FYI you not gonna get unloaded without appt if you’re running late then 22:30 notify your dispatch/broker request new appt. As soon you request appt as soon you gonna get for next day.

Before you come here make sure you have food in your truck or just grab some on the way. Bcoz, you will be stuck for hours here. It’s a shame I’m delivering 6pallets 18:00 appointment, call for dock at 19:15 and it’s 2 hrs later I’m still getting unloaded ???

As long as you can follow directions you’ll have a very easy time here. Bring your phone to the check in center with you. No overnight parking that I’m aware of but two truck stops a few blocks away. Unload time was two hours with full floor load.

What a trucker unfriendly facility. Arrived at 1am after 600 miles of driving to an empty staging area that has parkings for about 50 trucks, or probably closer to a 100. There was 1 dropped trailer and they said I couldn't sleep there for my appointment that is that same day. Some companies don't value the work we do at all. Until they change their stupid policy about their empty parking I will not change my rating

Apt time 2000 called to door 2030 and immediately started getting unloaded and they completed by about 2130. Didn't get my bol back until 0130. 4 hours after they finished unloading. Oh well. Thanks for the detention pay
