You can arrive 2 hours early. Drivers park on Greatfare Dr & walk down to Guard shack with License. I arrived at 6:30am for my 7:00 appt. Called me the gate at 7am unloaded by 8:am. No lumpers fee for me. Security guard was very very nice. Receiving office staff was professional. I believe it's overnight parking on Industry Park drive.

My husband had an appointment at 5pm the evening before Thanksgiving. He arrived in San Antonio early in the afternoon. He took a nap because he was exhausted driving all week, he overslept and arrived at 6pm. They told him he would have to come back on Friday. His dispatcher got him a new appointment for 7:30pm. He went to check in and there were two employees at the window. The one guy was checking him in and the other guy said “we don’t take same day reschedules do we?” The other guy said “yes he has an appointment.” The other guy said “hold on I’ll be right back.” He went and made a phone call and came back and said “yeah, you’ll have to come back Friday.” We live in Fort Worth, I told him to come home so he doesn’t have to sit at a truck stop by himself on Thanksgiving. I hope that guy feels good about himself trying to ruin someone’s holiday.

Had a 12pm check in arrival 1145am been waiting at the seasonal warehouse going on two hours . They have no consideration for outside drivers. They show no respect no consideration a very lack of communication very disappointing. And their answer to me when I reached out to talk to the dairy department. Was will get there when we get there that’s their answer. Stay away don’t come here you’ll regret it

I just came 15 min. ahead of my appointment and unloading process took around an hour.You can sleep on the street, it's easy.

It’s the worst place ever my appointment was at 11 PM I arrive there at 10:59 at the gate they sent me to a 3 different gate when I get to the last one he said you late 15 minutes I cannot take you after I drove f.. 18h to get here on timeThis is a respectful for the drivers Wassa are places they don’t deserve to do business with them

My appointment was for 7am.. I arrived at 6am.. it's now 830am and the lumber guys still haven't touched my trailer smh.. dont come here you will lose too many hours..

Dont even deserve one star. Most unorganized place ive ever seen in 40+ years of driving. They value their system more than human beings. Workers are slow and lazy.
